Teams and Schedules

As a member of the Housatonic Valley Athletic League (HVAL) and New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC), what separates our program from most is our proven ability to not only combine, but sustain, both a competitive edge and a focus on sportsmanship. We also provide something that is becoming rare in this age of specialization, the opportunity to make a difference in multiple sports. Our goal is to provide meaningful team experiences while also allowing individual athletes to aspire to the level of skill and achievement that is appropriate for them.
