Wooster School athletic programs provide students with a competitive, team-based experience designed to teach the skills and dispositions required in team membership, while also developing the individual athlete’s skills in a way that maximizes growth and performance.

As a member of the Housatonic Valley Athletic League (HVAL) and New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC), what separates our program from most is our proven ability to not only combine, but sustain, both a competitive edge and a focus on sportsmanship. At Wooster, we have preserved the essence of what school athletics are supposed to be about -- team membership, hard work, competition, friendship and most importantly, fun.
