Wooster School Theater Presents Godspell
Posted 02/15/2017 10:40AM

Prepare ye the way of..."Godspell" at Wooster! Produced in cooperation with Music Theater International, the show was originally conceived and directed by John Michael Tebelak, with music by Stephen Schwartz, who, incidentally, is a former Wooster parent.

Based on the Gospel according to Matthew, the show illustrates the teachings and life of Jesus through rock music and old fashioned vaudeville-style comedy. We have placed our show in a slightly worn circus and the whole cast has been madly practicing juggling, unicycle and scooter riding, hula hooping, and all manner of circus skills. Beware of flying objects in the Black Box!

Performances are: February 24 at 7:30 pm; February 25 at 2:00 and 7:30 pm; March 3 at 7:30 pm; March 4 at 2:00 and 7:30 pm

All tickets are $15 each. Ticket purchases can be made at:

Seating is extremely limited, so we ask that you please honor your reservation.
