Festive Sweater Day 2025

Festive Sweater Day 2025

This Wednesday, Wooster held its annual Festive Sweater Day, and it was one of the best years yet! From staff and teachers to students across all grades, everyone was decked out, and it brought so much energy to campus.

“Festive Sweater day brought a lighthearted feel to a week of stressful assignments,” Crosby ’27 said.

We documented some of our personal favorites to share with the community.

Dr. Havard took Festive Sweater Day to the next level with this creative outfit. She brought so much energy and spirit to the community with this unique holiday costume.

It’s important to recognize the different holidays that our community celebrates. Bobbie ‘29, Jorja ‘29 and Mrs. Khan-Johnston ’08 highlighted Hanukkah through their festive sweaters and added so much spirit to the day! Our school also celebrates Hanukkah with candle lighting every morning.

A Charlie Brown Christmas is a nostalgic movie that was watched by so many. Ella ’26's sweater brought holiday warmth to the day!

Patrick ’28 and Gage ’29 sweaters brought holiday cheer to the campus, but what's even cooler about their sweaters is that they twinned unintentionally! It's always fun to see people twinning around campus, and it shows how strong our community is!

Crosby ’27 chose a fireplace-themed sweater to bring even more cheerful spirit to the day! This was one of many wintery sweaters we saw, and it's getting us excited for more snow and a restful break!

From holiday lights to spirited hats, both Grayson ’27 and Campbell ’27 went above and beyond just festive sweaters. These two brought so much energy to festive sweater day this year with outfits and extra accessories that you won't miss!

Leo ’28, Collin ’28, Colin ’28 and Zack ’28 stood out by all twinning in matching sweaters! Henry ‘28 took on the day his own way and showed off his skeleton sweater!

Overall, festive sweater day was a big success! These were just our favorites, but there were so many more creative sweaters!
