This past summer, Grace Littman, ‘25, traveled to Italy where she experienced an amazing time of travel. Grace said that her trip was “beyond what she expected”.  Although Italy is most known for its food, Grace was able to see many historic landmarks. Some included The Colosseum, Sistine Chapel, the St. Peter's Basilica, The David, the Trevi fountain, the catacombs, and more! Visiting these places was definitely her highlight of the trip and she recommends visiting these landmarks if you ever go visit Italy. While in Italy Grace was able to visit Castellini in Chianti, Sienna, San Gimignano, Florence, Rome, Vatican City, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri/Anacapri, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast. While visiting all of these places she was able to stay in nice resorts and hotels but another highlight of the trip that stuck out to Grace was the food she ate. Grace said, “I ate Guinea Fowl a lot, which is like the equivalent of chicken in America.” Grace recommends you do try this if you are ever in Italy because she said it was actually pretty good.  All in all, Italy is a must-see place where you can experience and do a lot. Grace recommends you go to Italy because it's a 1000/10 rating. “This was the most amazing trip ever and I am so grateful for the experience I had.”
