Wooster  School's  Strategic  Plan

Over the course of the past year a new Strategic Plan for Wooster School was developed utilizing the talents, ideas and expertise of Wooster parents, students, grandparents, faculty, trustees, alumni and administrators. The input from over 200 people who participated in the process, together with the guidance of outside consultant Kiki Johnson, helped to craft a document that will set a course for moving Wooster forward during the next several years.

The Strategic Plan specifically addresses five key areas:

• Faculty
• Programs/Academics/Standards
• Marketing/Communications
• Finances/Resources
• Facilities

Each of the five key areas includes a set of goals and a series of implementation strategies for their attainment. The Strategic Plan is an ambitious and critical component to insuring the continuation of the commitment to excellence at Wooster School.
