The extended day program offers parents the opportunity to drop their child off early and/or pick them late, this additional service is offered at a weekly rate. The Breakfast Club is held from 7:30 to 9:00am and features a variety of quiet activities such as videos, arts and crafts, and board games. The weekly fee for the Breakfast Club is $60. The Fun Club is held from 3:00 to 6:00pm and features both active and quiet options. The weekly fee for the Fun Club is $120 per week. If a parent unexpectedly drops a child off early or is late for pick up, the parent will be billed at a rate of $15 per hour.
Drop off for the morning session begins at 8:50am. Campers who arrive prior to 8:50am must be dropped off at the Breakfast Club. They will be escorted to their appropriate destinations at the conclusion of the Breakfast Club. Half-day pick up is 11:30am. Afternoon session drop off is at 12:25pm with pick up at 3:00pm. Campers who are not picked up by 3:10pm will be escorted to the Fun Club where they can be picked up any time before 6:00pm. Campers will be charged for any time spent in the extended day program before 8:30am and after 3:10pm.
No camper will be permitted to leave camp with anyone other than his or her parent unless the camp administration has been informed in writing in advance. Please be sure to fill out the "Transportation Release" section of the registration materials.
Campers should wear weather appropriate, casual summer clothing. Campers attending the Recreation Programs, an outdoor course, or the extended day program should wear sneakers, shorts, and a tee-shirt. Sunscreen is a must for all campers. Please include a bottle of sunscreen in your child’s lunch box. We are not responsible for any lost personal items.
Parents should provide a snack for a half-day camper and must provide a lunch (including beverages) for full-day campers. We require the use of insulated coolers with the campers name on it. The last Friday of every session we provide a pizza lunch for all campers. Pre-K campers receive pizza at the end of weeks 2, 4, and 6.
Lunch bunch is available to campers registered for the morning pick up only who wish to stay through lunch and recess. Campers may sign up weekly, as lunch bunch is not available as a per day charge. The fee for each week is $40. Campers must provide their own lunch, including a beverage. Campers must be picked up by 12:30pm.
All fees are due by June 6. Credit card payments are encouraged. A $150 non-refundable deposit is due at registration per child. Cancellations made prior to June 6 will be refunded in full, less the deposit. All cancellations after June 6 will be refunded at 50%, less the deposit. All changes made after camp begins will incur a $50 charge.

Summer at Wooster reserves the right to remove any camper from our program for repeated behavioral issues, and the family will not be reimbursed.
We believe that Summer at Wooster is at time for making friends and building relationships; therefore, the use of handheld games, electronics, and iPods are prohibited.
It is expected that all participants have their own health coverage.
